The coverage is good
The coverage is good, but customer service was disgusting, I was promised a i pad samsung, free, as I'd been a loyal customer for over 20 years, what they didn't tell me, I had to pay £15 a month extra with a sim card, which i wasn't told about. I complained about it, all the said is, I might off well use it, as I had paid for it, no help what so ever. I hate Vodafone because of this. Edward

I was shopping around for a good deal…
I was shopping around for a good deal on my contract and a staff member by the name of Chris made it a super easy transition from my current provider. I will definately be sticking with vodaphone if that's the type of customer support I can expect to receive.

Had a few questions about my next sim deal and your staff member Chris was incredibly helpful and informative, definitely knew his stuff.
This is not the first time I’ve had dealings with him and he is always willing to help, as are all the staff members.

Dreadful system and service A very costly Mistake.
Dreadful. I was sold a 150MB service that is slower than Plusnet standard. The router drops out all of the time, if you switch channels on the TV you are playing russian roulette with actually getting anything back. Just spent about half an hour on line with the service adviser, another waste of time.
Of course to cancel they want a fee even though I am paying for a service that they said they could provide but do not appear to do so. They have drilled a load of holes in my house to fit equipment that does not work. It is that bad that I am going to pay the cancellation fee and go back to Plusnet, I should bill these clowns for the damage they have done to my property and bank balance. Avoid at all costs.

I came into Vodafone this morning. I had a lot of difficulty with my broadband unfortunately a young lady helped me and she was so helpful. She set up my app my all my personal details she created and help me and also telephone to the engineers which she really helped me successfully and I so appreciate every bit to help then as I’m not very good on the computer myself at my age 67 which I’m still a young lady laugh out loud The lady that helped me in Vodafone her name is Fadumo.

A great in-person experience at Bon Accord Vodafone. Always prefer face to face contact and their customer advisor Mel was brilliant. Knowledgeable on all products and deals and very personable too. Walked away with a better priced deal than expected.
