A very happy experience
It was very pleasing to have the polite friendly Abbie to talk to. Nothing was to much trouble. She spent time explaining what options were available to me when purchasing my new phone. She transferred all my apps over to my new phone, and told me what was happening throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate recommending her tomy friends and colleagues to ask for her if they are visiting the shop as it was a pleasure to do buisness with her.

The whole team at Aberystwyth is fantastic, friendly and helpful. Abbie was brilliant at helping me switch broadband over and has been so helpful anytime I pop into the shop with a question. A superb experience in store today I had a lot of questions that the staff answered and all my problems resolved. They are very patient and empathetic. Can’t fault them there! Highly recommend if you need a kind friendly and fair service that isn’t rushed.

New phone purchase
As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted by Abbie, who was extremely helpful and friendly.
She explained everything really well and nothing was too much trouble.
I was given a great deal for a top phone.

3…phone contacts 3 issues
We visited the store because we had 3 issues. Matt, the store manager dealt with each and every issue with professionalism and care. We feel that the issues we needed sorting with 3 phone contracts would have been extremely difficult on the phone. Having a team of dedicated staff in store to speak to face to face was invaluable.
We were in store for over 2 hours and left totally satisfied that our phone issues had been dealt with.

Abbie staff member for Aberystwyth

Above and beyond from George
George helped navigate me through joining Vodafone. He was honest and on the level - not trying to sell me the most expensive package. Also , he helped me a lot through the process of signing up online whilst I was in the shop - I felt really supported throughout! Thankyou George
