I have been very impressed by the customer service I received in-store from Sammy today. I had damaged my iPhone and he identified the issues with it then gave me options for a new replacement phone. He set up the new iphone for me, explained T’s & Cs and various features with the phone package.
I recommend the service provided in this store.

Visited Altrincham vodaphone on 7th and…
Visited Altrincham vodaphone on 7th and 10th sept. Ordered anew I phone and contract. Excellent service from Josh ( branch Manager) detailed information and wonderful service. Supplied all the details and had excellent communication skills and took time to complete order. Sami completed the order on the 10th abd thus was a smooth transition and again detailed information shared abd the new phone paired to previous model. Josh & Sami offered excellent service and attention to detail was impressive and they were both very caring and excellent communication. Thank you.
