Had help from Zara in the Bloomfields store very helpful and quick got my problem sorted efficiently and was very easy to talk to.

Great customer service
Called into Vodafone in Bloomfields on the off chance to upgrade my current mobile and change network provider.
I was greeted by Ab, who introduced himself and was very helpful,polite, and informative.
He talked me through all the options explaining everything along the way.
I left the shop with a fantastic phone which suited my budget.
I was most impressed by the customer service and the helpfulness from Ab.
I'm glad I have moved to Vodafone.

Had a great experience in the Bangor store, Abraham was informative and polite and made the whole thing quick and easy. He was funny and very friendly.

Samuel at Vodafone Bangor Bloomfield Shopping Centre is always exceptionally helpful in all aspects from product knowledge to going the extra mile to ensure that you get the best available deal after a thorough explanation of available options. Lee helped me to get the best deal possible today. He was polite and super friendly and fully transparent. I recently smashed my phone with another provider and Lee sealed the deal with excellent customer service, technical knowledge and advice

Excellent team in Bangor…
We went in to upgrade phone in Bangor and we also took out broadband. Abraham (Abe) was a lovely young guy to deal with. We aren't very good with tech but he was very patient explaining everything and telling us the best deals etc. Initally we were talking to Peter and had left the store to ring someone for details. Peter was lovely too. They both have so much knowledge about the products and nothing was to much bother for them. Vodafone are lucky to have this team working for them
