Lauren was very helpful and friendly!

LAUREN at Bangor LL57 1NW is outstanding.
I was greeted warmly by the staff in Vodafone in Bangor, Wales on 11/07/2025 at around 1pm. I asked about a dongle which I have no clue about. LAUREN took me to the counter and explained to me what deals they have. LAUREN was very knowledgeable, extremely bubbly and just an all round lovely person. I now have a dongle that is suitable for my devices on the go. LAUREN is a credit to your company.

Lauren made my experience amazing she managed to lower my bill and put me on an unlimited data sim plus she managed to fix my phone that wouldn’t turn back on. I suffer from anxiety too but she made me feel at ease.

Lies lies lies!!!!
Visited Vodafone store in Bangor yesterday to up grade my sim only deal' was told that i could cancel within 2 wks if required" found exact same deal elsewhere for half the price saving me £108. Per annum! Was back at the store just 30 min later after purchase to find totally different reception!! Was told to ring voda myself if i want to cancel" Was then told from a more senior member of staff that if I purchase the same deal elsewhere that I would have a new number having to go through all my contacts inc GP to try put me off cancelling! What a load of lies!!! Sad that these tactics are used just to generate a sale!!! Beware go elsewhere!!!!

Lauren is a star and an absolute credit to your store. Although the process of replacing my lost phone wasn’t as straightforward as I’d hoped (taking a lot longer than it should), none of this was Lauren’s fault. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything so even I could understand!

5 star rating for Mille at the Bangor Wales store
Mille took her time to sort out my husbans phone following a Malware attack on his device. Nothing was too much trouble for Mille. Also got myself a great deal on anew phone.
