Jake was very friendly and helpful when upgrading my phone. He even went the extra mile to get my Dad a cheaper sim only contract. Excellent service.

Jake was great help today sorting out…

Jake was great help today sorting out my new SIM card . He also helped me plan out my upgrade for my phone & internet. He helped me sort out moving my address. Jake made it feel easy today .

Sunday 28.06.26. Visited the Barry Store for advice. Made to feel welcome and relaxed. Spoke to Jake who advised us what was the best upgrades available. With the information and services given, we decided to upgrade there and then with no pressure from him. Would highly recommend the service given at the Barry Store.

Surprised service

I will be fair, I didn't have much hope going to a branch linked to one supplier, But the staff have been absolutely fantastic!! Friendly, helpful, genuinely Honest, what a relief. Ben was the reps name I believe, what a credit to the team. Will definitely be back and will recommend to friends.
