JADE has provided an excellent service

JADE has provided an excellent service. Her friendly nature and knowledge made it easy for me to sign up to Vodafone deals.
Jade patiently answered all my queries and made everything transparent. It has made a huge difference to me to be able to discuss everything in person.

My experience was excellent

My experience was excellent. From entering the store, through purchasing the phone to having it set up and transferring my data from my old phone, Jade and was superb. She really made the process easy and her approach was professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend her and she is excellent.

Updating plans

Went into the Bath store to check out roaming status before a European trip. Glad we did because we didn’t have roaming!! Jessica looked after us and not only sorted our roaming but also meticulously went through all our packages and saved us on our monthly payments. Took a bit of time but really glad she went the extra mile. Many thanks for her patience and efforts. 👍
