I visited this shop and spoke to Bailey…
I visited this shop and spoke to Bailey about a fault with my screen on my flip phone, after checking he advised this would be repaired under warranty, unfortunately my phone would need sending away and everything would be wiped off it. I agreed to go home and transfer everything across to another phone prior to this being sent away.
2 weeks later I went back in store and was able to speak to Bailey again, I took the phone I had found at home and asked him to help me transfer the data.. unfortunately it was such an old phone it would not except the amount of data I was trying to transfer..Bailey did his best but to no avail, I ended up buying a cheap phone to use temporarily whilst my phone was sent away, and thankfully everything I wanted to save was transferred.

Best deals
I had a great experience. Everybody is very knowledgable and helped me pick the deal best for me. Bailey approached me quickly and even checked my other deals to check what was best for me! I didn’t realise there were dedicated sim deals with all the countries I travel plus I got Amazon prime included. It’s a shame I don’t have their broadband in my area!

I came in on a Saturday to look at some prices for an upgrade and it was fairly busy, but after a short wait one of the staff (Molly) sat me down to go through all the options for phones and plans. She didn't rush me and made me feel very comfortable whilst browsing. Would highly recommend going in store when Molly is about, an asset to your company!

The young man who helped us was BAILEY
The young man who helped us was BAILEY. He was so helpful in every way. at times as we had to re visit he was extremely busy but nothing was too much trouble.
As a former retailer I would employ this young man who surely will be an asset to vodaphone in the coming months and years/ Top man from this Beverley branch

Helpful and Knowledgable
I would like to say how helpful and kind Caitlin Pashley was with my enquiry yesterday. I popped in on the of chance to ask about problems im having with my phone.
She not only sorted it , But took me through it to make sure I understand and did keep making the errors again.
