The young man who helped us was BAILEY

The young man who helped us was BAILEY. He was so helpful in every way. at times as we had to re visit he was extremely busy but nothing was too much trouble.
As a former retailer I would employ this young man who surely will be an asset to vodaphone in the coming months and years/ Top man from this Beverley branch

Helpful and Knowledgable

I would like to say how helpful and kind Caitlin Pashley was with my enquiry yesterday. I popped in on the of chance to ask about problems im having with my phone.

She not only sorted it , But took me through it to make sure I understand and did keep making the errors again.

Thank you for your help and I know where to come if I have anymore issues again.

Great customer service

Popped into the Vodafone store in Beverley on Monday and was greeted by a staff member called Daniel who was quick to answer my query, and managed to save me some money on my SIM only deal as well as a cheap deal for my wife too, great staff all around thank you a lot for a warm experience.

Nothing is too much trouble

I was anxious about transferring to a new phone but Molly managed everything brilliantly with a super calm and unflappable style. Later I went back and another member of this excellent team helped me with a new phone niggle. I couldn't fault them in any way. Very helpful, professional and caring.

A great deaf friendly service at Vodafone shop

I always go to that store for many years for helping/advice/ get a new phone on a deal because im profoundly deaf.
Better than get a deal on online and trust me on this one! lm not bothered about online or live chat Got a great deal with a new phone and an assistant there called Daniel. Very good, great deaf friendly and fantastic helpful.

Professional staff

Caitlin was very professional and knowledgeable. She is very friendly and and polite and got the job done. Got me set up with new phones and upgraded Sims and a new SIM too. Thanks!!

Bought a new phone at Vodafone with Bailey and he was a huge help. Daniel and Bailey both set up my phone for me. The service was excellent.

Better Sim Deals

Went in looking for a new sim deal as mine was ending. I believe a guy called Bailey helped us out and got us on a better deal with roaming and amazon prime included! We unfortunately lost Spotify but got a better deal anyway
