Great service

On arrival, we were immediately approached by Ridwaan who quickly understood our requirements and ran through the best options available.
He organised a new account for my son from sorting out the PAC code, setting up an account to handing over a new SIM card. All done with courtesy and patience.

Ridwaan was a great help from last week…

Ridwaan was a great help from last week helping me fill out tbr credit vet appeal form to this week helping find a great price for my new device, and helping contact the credit team to deal with more complications in store. He also helped do a data transfer and complete the trade in for my old phone

My experience today was really good

My experience today was really good, Ridwaan helped me upgrade and provided me a deal for a new tablet but unfortunately did not need one and also helped as showed me how to use the app

Went into store to pick up a new phone

Went into store to pick up a new phone. Theodora save me £50-£60 and spent a lot of time making sure everything was finalised. Wasn't expecting that! Very good service, she is very good at her job. A credit to VodaFone ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
