Nowshin helped me so much as i am disabled. She explained everything so well .always smiled .i also watched her help her colleagues. I like vodafone anyway but with staff like her you will do well

Matthew was fab!

Matthew was absolutely fantastic and really listened to what I needed in a phone. He did many comparisons for me to try and keep costs low as this is paramount for me. He also gave me a good recommendation for a phone I hadn't considered yet. I have came away with some new thoughts about what phone I would like! Thanks Matthew

This was my first time in the Vodafone…

This was my first time in the Vodafone shop in Birkenhead. Both Laura and Beth were so helpful in setting me up on a 2yr contract. It was stress free and an amazing deal. Would highly recommend to others. Thank you both.

Phone upgrade

I attended this morning for a phone upgrade, I was served by Laura and received professional and great care through out my time in store. I upgraded my internet, received a phone upgrade and also received a new iPad

Mathew is very articulate and perceptive. He was able to accurately identify the problem I was having and clearly explain what the solution was. I couldn't be any happier with my visit to Vodafone Birkinhead today.
