I went in with my family today for a sim only upgrade. Aadam was very helpful and very patient, as he had to upgrade 3 phones, on a new system that he was getting use to.

3 Upgrade

I went in with my family today for a sim only upgrade. Aadam was very helpful and very patient, as he had to upgrade 3 phones, on a new system that he was getting use to.

We were served by Aadam, who did three separate upgrades. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was sorted in double quick time!

Lack of staff bad customer service

Lack of staff. Waited nearly 40mins to speak to someone. There were staff sat at desks just looking at me which didnt seem busy while 2 other staff were actually sitting and speaking with customers. Felt little intimidated and i could of been seen quicker. Absolute waste of time. I walked out and went to EE shop who were amazing.

Went in today at the Vodafone store

Went in today at the Vodafone store and Adam was very helpful, he welcomed me and directed me where to wait to get support.
Dee was amazing at supporting with collecting my phone and even told me I could be paying less for my bill!
I’ve been with Vodafone for a while and all my family are with them, would always recommend!
