I had a really great experience at…

I had a really great experience at Vodafone King’s Heath. Indi was absolutely fantastic — she was friendly, patient and very professional. She took the time to listen to me, explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted.
Excellent customer service from Indi. She is a real credit to the Vodafone team and I would definitely recommend her and this store to anyone. Thank you, Indi, for all your help!

Came in to upgrade my phone and find a better deal and was really happy with the outcome. Indie was so helpful and found a great deal for both me and my mom to upgrade to. Really happy with her customer service.
