Excellent service

Popped in to the Bishop Auckland store today and experienced excellent customer service from George. I didn’t make a purchase today but he gave me some brilliant information and answered all of my questions.

Broadband set up

Mark and Jack were
Really helpful getting me set up with Broadband after a chaotic week of having a fraud case followed by an outage with Vodafone. This was the second trip to the store but all sorted now and everyone smiling! Thank you!
