I wasted 20 hours on the phone over 4 months to cancel my broadband,
Then i went to the vodafone shop and Nikki resolved it for me immediately!
My advice if your having trouble on the phone go to the Vodafone Shop!

Excellent service received in the Blackpool store
I had an issue with my voxi sim and I went to the Vodafone store in Blackpool and I was served by Gillian,she was very kind,friendly and above all supportive and she tried her best but unfortunately the fault lies with the Voxi porting team not Vodafone.
But nevertheless I am very grateful for all the help Gillian gave me in trying to rectify the issue.

Matthew was Brilliant
Vodafone colleague Matthew was brilliant.
Talked me through the del, explained how the bills would work as 2 payments.
Overall very clear on what I was purchasing, 100% would recommend him and the store to friends and family

Mathew at Vodafone blackpool was so helpfull
Called in to view the recently released galaxy Z fold 7.
Got chatting to mathew instore and asked him about other phones and tabs on the market.
He was so helpful and knowledgable.
I would have no hesitation recommending the blackpool store to anyone wishing to take out a contract or anything else with mathew at Vodafone blackpool

Adam was really helpful
Adam was really helpful, friendly, accommodating of the fact I had my little boy with me and worked hard to find me the best deal. He took some time explaining the differences between the iPhones I was comparing but wasn’t pushy in any way, and I felt like he truly wanted to save me money.
Customer service that doesn’t feel like an aggressive sales pitch is difficult to find and Adam got the balance exactly right, and I came away happy with a new phone and new plan and a lower monthly bill. Great job
