I visit Vodafone very often for. help and Sam is excellent always helpfull I moved from BT to Vodaphone and have been very happy with service I have also recommend Vodafone to my friends and family

Tara, in the store was extremely kind and courteous and sorted my query out in a very short space of time! Tara is a credit to Vodafone, her cheery smile and demeanour were a breathe of fresh air, and I will definitely be returning to the store.

After having paid a visit to the…

After having paid a visit to the Bluewater vodafone branch with my two little children, I just realized why vodafone could maintain such a wonderful review on trustpilot standing out beautifully among its competitors.

The gentleman who received us was incredibly patient and kind explaining everything in detail no matter how tedious my questions were.

It is really important to voice out how it matters to have received such inclusive services as an immigrant who also pays tax to the society.

I hope companies like vodafone firstly could treasure precious staff with good characters like this gentleman we ran into today and secondly could be more and more successful leading a more positive position in the society being truly inclusive and wise whilst making commercial profits.

I am glad I did not have any contract with other companies and I will choose vodafone and make it work.

Tara was amazing, having tried to get help via the call centre, bot and App it was Tara who made my phone work again! She was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and did not just follow the same script which had not worked multiple times! Thank you so much Tara

Dhuran was absolutly fantastic with my sons new phone, he spent more time than would ever be exspected and sorted wverything out knowing my sons challanges and make sure all was sorted before we left the store.
