Vinnie
I got 2 phone upgrades today and Vinnie was amazing at helping us. He managed to get us the best deals to save money. I was torn between 2 phones and Vinnie got them both out, and a few others to help me decide, he was very patient even though i was being very indecisive. Vinnie is amazing at his job and made this process really easy and understandable for us.

Went into the blue water store, Robin and Tara
Really helpful out the front serving me while assistant manager and other colleagues sitting in the back lots of people came in and left with no help
Robin and Tara showed fantastic customer service. A real credit to your team put me at ease and also gave me the options. All better for me. Thank you so much and convince me to stay with Vodafone for an extra 24 months.
