Just got a new phone
Just got a new phone, not very good with technology so had to have it all explained to me but had to get used to it by using it this I did and over a period of about a week of going in the shop I’m finally getting there. I’ve got to give 5 star treatment from James,Brad and Ellie,the trainee who were marvellous never once making me feel inadequate infact welcomed me each time like an old friend I’m 76 so I did need a lot of help. I can’t thank them enough

In store experience
I went into store, which I normally don’t do, but I was in the area and wanted to talk about my upgrade. I thought about switching providers, but juliette convinced me to stay, she got me a really good deal, she was so friendly and warm!! I loved chatting to her, and I would definitely go back to do more sales with her.

Excellent customer service
I am a real dinosaur when it comes to technology but Juliette at the Bognor branch explained everything really clearly and made me feel OK about not knowing stuff, excellent customer service!

Fantastic service
Bradley was incredible from start to finish.
Bradley was very professional and friendly made me feel welcome and I felt that Bradley was genuinely was happy to help me. I explained that I’m not very technical with phones and don’t understand phone jargon.
Bradley took the time to explain everything to me and changed the language so I could really understand. I really appreciated the time and patience Bradley had for me and I was made to feel comfortable and a valued customer.
Bradley showed me the difference between the 2 phones I was looking at and gave me time to process everything. Gave me all of the information I needed to make the decision
It’s because of the service from this store that I stay with Vodafone as I trust that I will get the best value for money.
I’m very grateful for Bradley’s help
