I honestly can’t thank the team at Vodafone Borehamwood enough. After weeks of getting nowhere with the Vodafone call centre, dealing with long wait times and constant back-and-forths, I walked into the Borehamwood store and was absolutely blown away by how helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive the staff were.
They took on a complex issue that the call centre couldn’t resolve and sorted it quickly and professionally. I genuinely felt listened to and supported from the moment I walked in. Their customer service is next-level — friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring.
Massive thank you to the team for going above and beyond. If you ever need help with Vodafone, skip the phone lines and head straight to Borehamwood. Absolute legends! 👏👏👏

Vodafone Borehamwood are Super Stars
Have been a Vodafone customer for yonks (30+ years) and have been into this store on many occasions for various things. Today I went in to get some help with sorting out a technical issue with my wife's mobile. Brilliant, the assistant sorted the issue without trouble and nothing seemed too much trouble. I recently got a new phone at Vodaphone…
I recently got a new phone at Vodaphone and I was dealing with Ahmed- he was so helpful and clear and made the situation super easy. I’m then had some issues with my phone which turned out to be a data issue and Ahmed dealt with my every time I came to the shop and deliver the best customer service- he was patient kind and so so helpful!!
