Had a lovely experience. Professional advice and a prompt service. I would definitely recommend to anyone to visit the twam at Vodafone in Borehamwood if looking for a phone or a plan as the coverage and reception is so great with the Vodafone network.

I had a difficult connectivity issue to resolve relating to my phone and smartwatch that was resolved with patience and professionalism from Rob, who took the time to go through the technical details of my query. This is my first positive experience with Vodafone as they have not sought to resolve the historical 'Sole Trader' customer classification issue that has caused me so many problems when my service provision should have been a simple issue.
