World Class Service

I came in to the store with the intention of updating my older IPad I had previously bought again from another Vodafone store, the level of service and professionalism I have had the pleasure to receive from OLI I can only describe as worldclass and a real pleasure to have the time taken to be valued as a long time customer of Vodafone as he is a real credit to not only the Boston branch but also to Vodafone as a company.

I would recommend anyone to contact OLI in regards to anything from Vodafone as he would I'm sure try his very best to sort out and deliver this for you as a valued customer.

Needed help as Sim card faulty, no landline so very dependent on mobile. Chris C couldn't have been more courteous and helpful, very grateful.

Came into the branch to get a telephone I got declined. So went for a sim plan instead spoke with Oliver he was very helpful and ffriendly.

Good experience changing broadband

Went to Vodafone to change over my broadband from BT, which was becoming prohibitively expensive. Millie was very helpful giving us a selection of options and we went with a system giving us a faster speed and a saving of £14 a month. Very happy with our experience and would happily recommend to others.
