Good customer service

Good customer service, very welcoming because as soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a member of staff who allocated me to a customer service assistant. I received a good service and explained to me different options of the contract phone that I wanted. He was clear communication and I clearly understood. Very pleased

The service I received from the Dinath…

The service I received from the Dinath at Brent Cross was exceptional. Their friendliness and politeness stood out, creating a welcoming atmosphere. GREAT EXPERIENCE

I had an excellent experience with Vodafone staff at Brent Cross. They were exceptionally friendly, polite, and highly informative. The team went above and beyond to find a great deal for both me and my friends. Their outstanding service made the visit truly enjoyable.

I been a customer since 2001, never got a special service from Vodafone but for the first time Sabi has been absolutely amazing and went more to help me. Thank you Sabi for reducing my bill and give me a better and convenient plan

Everyone Go see Sabi in Brent cross

Been a Vodafone Customer for now more than 5 years, first time after i got my new contract back to the store, but been to other stores before for issues. Sabi just got my eyes on Iphone 14 pro and also his service has been honest and focused where other stores always talking to other colleagues and always on phone but Sabi from start to end had a really great conversation and thank you for his service! Amazing guy at Brent Cross

Amazing staff, thanks Sabi

Amazing staff, came to enquire about the new 15 pro, Thanks to Sabi for beating the price with all networks and also bundling me with a new phone and home broadband, EE has been a pain in the back but thanks to Sabi for moving me and my family over to Vodafone! Thank you Sabi

Everyone See Sabi

Been a customer with Vodafone for a while now, met this fella in store called Sabi, amazing lad. His bundled a nice price gave me the option to Upgrade and also get me another New Sim plan where I can roam around. Thank you Sabi. Recommend him at Brent Cross

Sabi in Brent Cross

Came in for a replacement sim met by gentleman called Sabi helped me with my query and I’ve left the store with a new contract with additional services. Couldn’t have asked for a better sales assistant.
