We were served by Mike, who was excellent as he managed to sort out our complicated bills and saved us quite a lot of money. He was friendly and courteous and we never felt rushed.

Vodafone, service what service?
Update on Vodafone service. Having waited since January 23 to activate broadband and telephone to the home of a severely disabled elderly lady I can report that the router has been installed in a location that conflicts with published instruction issued by Vodafone. Unable to connect her devices the help of the Vodafone Bridgwater shop said “Vodafone operatives aren’t insured to enter customers homes”. As I’m advised that subcontractors conduct Vodafone installations it surely follows that they too aren’t insured. Should you have challenging health condition do NOT rely on this company for assistance as you will be disappointed. How then when requested to assist disabled people who need assistance connecting devices do they serve all customers if they aren’t insured to enter your home? It appears that Vodafone is just a name and all actual work is conducted using subcontractors. Forget this company if you need any assistance due to personal circumstances and or assistance as they aren’t interested.

Amazing experience from Vodafone when…
Amazing experience from Vodafone when contract was running out I had popped into Bridgwater store and Jonathan really helped by sorting out my new contract and even sorted out how I could keep my mobile no and sorted out cancelling my old contract without any stress at all. The worst experience I’ve had
The worst experience I’ve had. As a first time for trying to get a phone contract to build my credit score as a young person. It took them 8 weeks and over 5 in store visits. Multiple credit checks were run and effected my score. At to top it off I wasn’t even able to purchase a phone. I am utterly gobsmacked at the service and how they let this happen to multiple people due to system errors on their end that leave customers without a phone and an affected credit score. I use my phone for work and missed multiple events were it was needed as they couldn’t resolve their issue. Would not recommend, the entire infrastructure at Vodafone is useless and they couldn’t seem more uninterested in helping you
