We were served by Mike, who was excellent as he managed to sort out our complicated bills and saved us quite a lot of money. He was friendly and courteous and we never felt rushed.

Avoid!!
Awful. Went in to get a contract with my pac code ready from prev company. It took 3 hours. My husband had to leave to get food and we had to move the car as it took soo long. Only to get to the end of the 3 hours and be told I couldn’t have the phone they had in store due to a problem with the system. Arranged to collect Tuesday. No communication from staff, no one answered phone or returned my voicemail so I turned up. Shop empty and staff looked surprised I was there. Told to come back later and they would call. Had an email telling me the phone was ready, and call that evening telling me to come in. I got halfway there and received another call from the same staff member telling me there was a problem with the system, and i wont be able to get it until tomorrow. Turned up this morning only to be told there’s another problem with the computers and they’ll have to sort that before I can have the phone. I’ve spent another day waiting with no phone. They’ve taken the upfront cost and performed a credit check already, otherwise I would tell them to forget it at this point. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Avoid. Have submitted a complaint to vodafone. Never have I had to complain about a company that I’m not yet a customer of!

Come into Vodafone today because I have received a message saying that my upgrade is due. I much prefer seeing someone face to face than going online or the phone. I was served by Michael who managed to give me a great deal. Also Simon was a great help as I have seen him before in Taunton and he remembered me what was great.

We saw Simon two years ago and got our phone and then saw Mike today to get some new sim deals and save some money. We were greeted like old friends by Simon and was lovely to be remembered even though it was 2 years ago! Lovely shop woth great staff and great coffee too!

Leigh was amazing
Went into the bridgwater store today and was welcomed by a lady called leigh, who immediately showed knowledge of the phones and was so helpful and informative. The customer service I recieved was amazing and I can't thank leigh enough guiding myself and my mum through different options. Would highly recommend for anyone needing advice or a new phone to come here.
