Maryanne Sorted Out My Mistake

I deleted my regular payment by mistake so went into the shop and Maryanne sorted the problem out. Then she enabled me to clear my "loan" for the phone and modified my contract to give me further advantages.

Another good deal from Brid Voda.

Was served by Leanne, she sorted me a good deal out on a new phone and plan for my son based on our needs. I also ended up getting a better deal on my own contract - which she was also very open and honest about. I always use this branch of Vodafone. even though it’s not my home town. Always amazing service.

Maryanne at Vodafone Bridlington

I asked Maryanne at Vodafone Bridlington for help. I had accidentally touched accessibility screen as I couldn’t see the screen due to the sun; I’d turned something on that stopped me from using my phone. I didn’t know what to do as I hadn’t been able to see my mobile screen whilst I was a passenger in the car. Maryanne fixed my phone in a matter of a few minutes. Didn’t take her long at all. Thank you Maryanne and hope you enjoyed the cakes!

Would recommend

My husband and myself went to vodafone at Bridlington to get new phones and contracts sorted. Leanne was very professional and helpful and answered all of our questions. Would recommend.

Callcentre 'gangsta-rapper' 0/10, Craig in Brid shop 10/10

After a very frustrating and unintelligible call (after ages wasted on a webchat getting nowhere!) with what sounded like a 'gangsta-rapper' (unhelpful, spoke over me etc etc) at a call centre, I was looked after brilliantly in the Brid shop by Craig.
Remind me never to ring Vodafone again!
Craig was helpful, polite, humourous, personable, knowledgeable. 10/10. Faith restored in humankind.

Clear easy information

I dealt with Craig the store manager in my visit for sn upgrade.
He asked what I was looking for and then went over some options carefully explaining the process each time.
Having finally choosing my options he then went over the T&C’s and even offered to do the data transfer from old to new. Overall a great easy transaction, A+

From the minute we walked into the…

From the minute we walked into the store we were warmly greeted by a member of staff called Maryanne. We were there to renew our Broadband package. She explained everything and we were sorted in minutes. So efficient and great customer service.

Following my recent very poor review I have to report an extremely positive experience. The manager of the Bridlington branch deserves a special thank you from me and a pat on the back from Vodafone. He worked tirelessly to sort out an issue I have been struggling with for weeks with accounts dept. So refreshing to engage with someone who cares for an individual. Thank you, you made up for the shoddy treatment I received from other parts of Vodafone.

I couldn’t get my emails so went into…

I couldn’t get my emails so went into the shop in bridlington to see if they could help,a young lady called Leanne helped and sorted it for me. She was so helpful and polite, she sorted me out in no time, I actually went in there anxious and came out of there smiling. Such brilliant customer service from her.
