My wife & I came into the shop to upgrade our phone plans, Craig was very helpful & explained our options without trying to sell us something we didn’t want, he took his time, was patient & had a really good customer manner, neither of us are very good with technology.

Great deal and service
Due to a technical problem I was over 2 hours in the store before it was resolved. However, Craig was professional, friendly, communicative and good humoured. This made it much more bearable than it otherwise could have been. Therefore it's 5 stars for a great deal and very good customer service in what was a difficult situation.

Great customer experience
Craig and Maryanne were very friendly and knowledgeable. They both took the time to find out about our needs. No hard sell - very refreshing! Everything was explained carefully, from phone spec and tariff to next month's billing. Exceptional customer experience.

I went into the Vodafone store in Bridlington and the staff that were in store were very helpful. I upgraded my phone and signed up for a new home broadband service. Huge thanks to Maryanne for being so helpful and professional.
