Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, incompetent staff who will put you on hold every 5 minutes to speak to the manager and then they will thank you for your patience get back onto their pc for 10 minutes yet still not being able to resolve issues, most of vodafone staff can’t speak english so good luck with communication.
Poor signal and network.
Compensation for their mistakes is rather appealing! My x4 contracts with them are going elsewhere after my recent experience with vodafone. Those 5 star reviews, most of them are done by staff you can tell just by reading them. Avoid vodafone thats my advice!

Very friendly and helpful staff

I needed to get a new contract for my phone, keep my number and save some money and he achieved all of this and gave wonderful guidance at every step!

Impressive service
John was really efficient and professional, and quickly upgraded my phone with a polite and patient manner, kind tone and took payment details confidentially. We were really impressed. Definitely recommend John and Vodafone for an excellent service.

John was warm, welcoming and very helpful
John was very happy to help me when I walked into the store today. He flashed me a bright smile and asked how he could help.
We discussed my query and John was very knowledgeable and gave good suggestions and support.
Overall it was a lovely experience meeting John, and he was yet another example of why I have remained a loyal Vodafone customer for so many years.

Store stayed open late to solve my problem…
Store was short staffed due to sickness and needed to close early, but despite this Ben as manager and the assistant stayed behind late to help sort out an emergency phone issue. Thank you!

Tried to take out Vodafone broadband but the online support from their Home Broadband Group was useless. I ended up with 3 order numbers. Called at the Cribbs Causeway Vodafone shop and the guy there was very helpful and sorted it out.
