We had Sam as our adviser he helped with 2 upgrades and got us the best deal possible. He was so Helpful and attentive honestly great help. Lovely guy

Superb customer experience from start to finish!

I came into the store multiple times today greet by a lovely man by the name of Ayodele every time who knew I had it in my mind to walk away woth a new phone. His service was outstanding and he was a true gentleman and not pushy at all. When I had finally settled on a phone he patiently sat down with me and went through it all with me. Superb experience and lovely staff.

Best service ever …

Not only did I receive great customer service from Ayodele I was saved a lot of money so for that I'm truly thankful and he's a credit to the broadmead branch

I visited the Vodafone Store and bought a phone

I visited the Vodafone Store, Bristol. I was attended to by one of the staff called Ayo. Ayo was helpful and patient with me. He attended to my enquiries professional. He has excellent customer service skills. He is very engaging and shows enthusiasm for his job. Thank you Ayo for the great experience I had at the store.

Sam M and Sam D were amazing in store. Sam M is the my favourite advisor and I’m so happy I got served by him and he’s extremely brilliant at his job. He gave me an Easter bunny cake ❤️ 🥰

Rose was fantastic

Rose was fantastic. From the minute i entered the store all of the staff were really welcoming and helpful.
Rose made a really bad day so much better. Really clear with everything we discussed
