Youssef is amazing
Youssef is amazing! I am so grateful for his help! This vodaphone across from Harrods is my favorite one because of the customer service. The manager Hussain is super nice and Youssef gives the best customer service ever! He is so helpful and kind and I am grateful for him! Give this man a raise!

Excellent service
Upon arrival, I was immediately welcomed by Mohamed, a super nice, friendly and, above all, professional employee.
The service provided by the team, and Mohamed in particular, was excellent. A big thumbs up to the Vodafone team here

Excellent level of customer service
For the first time in I don’t know how long, I left my phone charger at home. Panicking and with only 3% left on my iPhone, I chanced up the Brompton Road branch of Vodafone with a ring and wait closed door policy (a sign of the times due to I am guessing the amount of opportunists raiding such stores in gangs, terrorising hard working sales assistants and customers alike).
A sales assistant called Amran answered and when I explained my dilemma, he did not even think twice about offering me a spot with a charger to recharge my phone. No cost involved, Amran was more than happy to help me out.
I felt compelled to review this store as I was, if I’m honest, quite taken aback by the kindness Amran showed me. I live in London and such levels of customer service are rare.
Thank you very much your help Amran, your courteous behaviour and kindness shown to me has restored my faith in humanity, well, some of it but not all of it 😜
I do hope this feedback is used and directed to Amran for him to show at his next performance review with his manager. He is an asset to the store…
