I went to the Bromsgrove store to sort out my access to my account. I spoke to Imran and Cian who sorted the issue really quickly. Also I mentioned i was travelling abroad and checked the charges.... もっと見る

I came in at just before close, Cian and Imran were happy to help beyond working hours which was really appreciated. They showed me the best deals and took the time to explain any initial concerns.

Today we came into the shop to buy a new phone for my husband. However, I brought an new phone Samsung Galaxy A17. Cian was very helpful by discussing the contract for the phone and help discuss about my husband leaving another phone company. It was very interesting as we talked about #hashbrown

Namira offered excellent service

Namira offered excellent service. She guided me and my Dad thru the process of swapping our accounts, which took the best part of an hour and a complicated process; during which she displayed patience and high-class customer service throughout. She’s an exemplary employee.

Really positive service

Really positive service.
Exceptionally thorough and engaging throughout. Found me a really good deal and made the time in the shop pass with amazing customer services. Thanks - was expecting a long, boring experience but actually enjoyed my time in store.
