Today I renewed my Vodaphone Mobile…
Today I renewed my Vodaphone Mobile contract for another 36 months.
I was served by Kiera. She listened and the suggested a contract for an IPhone 14
I am a 69 year old Dinosaur, when it comes to the operation of a modern mobile.
Her choice of phone for my needs and the contact arrangement were exactly what I had hoped for. Her confidence and knowledge was extremely professional and everything was explained, in detail and with understanding and patience.
I felt she went above and beyond what I had expected and although the procedure took some time, with the setting up of the new phone and necessary administration, I was given constant person to person attention and left with total satisfaction, with the Phone and the new contract.
This is not a staged review, but one from a very satisfied and content customer.
Kiera is a credit to the company and if she provides the same attention to every customer, she will go far, Thank you !

Burnt my phone and got the help I needed
Was in a panic as my phone was burnt from the oven. Managed to get a replacement and everything kept content wise from old phone.
Satisfied customer, always really attentive in store and nice to see a familiar face in Ryan

Excellent customer service
Zanas was very polite and helpful went above and beyond to provide good customer service and advice. He explained everything about getting a new phone etc. Had good people skills.

Kiera has been so helpful guiding me through the options and clearly and patiently explaining everything.
I have been in the shop 3 times over the last week and seen Kiera each time which has been really helpful to have that continuity. Kiera has great customer service. Am collecting the phones next week and Kiera has offered further help if required.

Kiera was really helpful. I wanted to upgrade but didn’t need a really fancy phone. Kiera quickly found the right deal for me at the best possible price. I’m very happy with the service I received in store!

I came into store early with an issue…
I came into store early with an issue with my phone not charging, we looked at the option for a repair but Kiera helped me decide to upgrade. She was very helpful in working out the best plan to suit my needs and she even transferred my data to my new device for me. Brilliant service.

I recently visited Vodafone…
I recently visited Vodafone Burton-on-Trent, as my contract with Three was coming to an end and I wanted a change. I was greeted and looked after by Kiera, who helped me to choose the right phone and contract to suit my lifestyle needs. Overall, a very friendly and helpful experience.

Home broadband renewal
Managed to save £17 on my home broadband package as the price had crept up. Helpful advisor in store Ryan resolved it for me. Very loyal customer here and will always remain on Vodafone as they look after existing customers
