Solved problem and changw

Came into store with a software glitch on my phone. Ryan solved it efficiently and made my sim deal better value

Popped into the store as my phone was having pop up ads. Zanas was able to remove the unwanted apps.

Came into store to try and access the my Vodafone app and add roaming.
Managed to change my monthly plan and save. Ryan was helpful

Great help in store

Despite me being with vodafone sister company Talk mobile the advisor in store called Ryan helped me with an issue I had with filling an online form out and uploading document. In store they were helpful and talk mobile weren’t over the phone

Wonderful customer service

Wonderful customer service, particularly if you aren’t tech savvy. Ryan was very patient and worked with us to get the correct device for our needs. No hard sell. Would highly recommend this branch.
