Very helpful and friendly
Very helpful and friendly. It was near end of day and no other customers were in the store. I walked through the door and said I was there to pick up two phones. Richard immediately knew who I was and called me by name.

Rob was very patient explained everything that was being done clearly. Went through the different options to see what would suit myself. All other staff - Richard, Brandon and Dan - where also extremely helpful picking the right colour and was not pushy or in a rush.

Excellent customer service.
It’s not often that you can walk into a shop, and feel that you are getting help and advice that is beneficial to both parties. I was extremely pleased with the customer service provided today, by both the sales assistant and manager.

After having issues with the phone support I came into the store. The chap who served me, Dan, was really helpful and happy and alleviated my worries very quickly. Really good service, genuinely very pleased
