Excellent customer service
Nathan and Molly were really friendly, professional and helpful. They made the stressful experience of having to replace a broken phone really easy and straightforward. They were able to answer all my questions and clearly know their stuff. It was a pleasure meeting them.

Mollie made it easy
Mollie made it easy! We came in to upgrade 3 phones. She was knowledgeable and friendly. It took a while to so everything but she made us very comfortable.

Patient and informative
The person who served us (I think her name was Molly) helped immensely with quite a complicated situation trying to get a new SIM card. The other worker also helped (Nathan I think) when necessary and allowed us to get a new card when one couldn't be unlocked over the phone. Shout out to them

Popped into chatham today to look over some phone deals. Nathan sat me down and went through my old plan and what I can get to keep my costs low.

Came into chatham today as had lots of pop ups coming up on my phone. Nathan sorted it out fantastically. I did also think it was time for an upgrade as my phone was very slow. Nathan guided me through it with ease and expert knowledge, a pleasure.

Professional and friendly service

Came into Chatham yesterday to switch to Vodafone Contract. First I was with Jack who really helped me massively set up a my contract and advised me that I can come in for any support. Today, Nathan spent time with me completing my data transfer and helping me with a few techy bits.

Came into the store to get my phone data transfered from my old device to new one. My provider wouldnt help at all, however Nathan in Vodafone Chatham sat me down and sorted it all for me. Brilliant guy.

Absolutely brilliant service! Nathan and Mollie we’re so helpful and gave me the right advice to upgrade to the right product and had my best interests in mind, nothing was too much trouble for them and they both worked on my upgrade and new phone until I left the shop more than happy.
