Home broadband and upgrades
I came in for home broadband and 2 upgrades. Jordan was great at ensuring I knew everything about the contracts and that I left knowing everything I needed to know. I’m very happy with the customer service I received.

I had an exceptional experience at Vodafone UK in Chatham when I visited to purchase a new phone. Assistant manager John was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and his expertise made the process of choosing a new phone a breeze.
The store had a wide range of phones to choose from, and the staff took the time to explain the features of each model and help me find the perfect phone to suit my needs. Their patience and willingness to answer all of my questions really made me feel valued as a customer.
John attention to detail and commitment to provide an excellent customer service truly set him apart.
I am delighted with my new phone and the overall experience at Vodafone UK - Chatham.I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of a new phone or looking for expert advice on mobile devices. Thank you to the whole team for making my visit so enjoyable!

I have been trying to get a sim plan in the UK for a long time and every time I went to speak to a big provider it only seemed to become more and more complicated however when I spoke to John and Tod at Vodafone in Chatham they were able to fully understand all of my needs and the particularities of my situation and what I would need in a phone plan and I finally was able to get a phone plan that seems perfectly tailored to my situation and needs. The entire team was very friendly and helpful and were able to answer all of my questions with such clarity. I really felt like we worked as a team ! Thank you, Vodafone 🙏

Great service from the Chatham branch
Great service from the Chatham branch, John was a massive help with explaining everything in my contract as I felt as i was unsure about what was and wasn't in my bundle - will defo be back when my contract is due for renewal in Feb!

Upgrade with Mollie.
Me and my partner were taken care of by Mollie. Very polite and friendly. Gave us great service. Had upgrades to do which were a lot of work because of our circumstances and Mollie dealt with it without issue. She took care of our needs with a smile on her face and engaged with us so it wasn’t a cold experience. Very happy with how we were treated.

Upgrade with Mollie
Mollie was absolutely brilliant when sorting out my upgrade. She talked through the device plans available and helped me select a new phone. Nothing was too much trouble and she was able to answer my questions fully. Really pleased and the friendly professional service made the whole experience excellent.

New Sim & Home Internet
John Served me and my mother in law and sold us an sim card and Home Internet for £47 a month which was better value then what we was paying, would recommend coming to this Vodafone store. Thanks again John
