Visited Vodaphone’s Chelmsford branch…
Visited Vodaphone’s Chelmsford branch today enquiring about temporary wi fi solutions and was greeted by the lovely , friendly Leah . Not very tech minded but was immediately put at ease by her helpful , but not pushy , professional manner . Walked away very happy with a better unlimited sim plan and another big smile . Rosie and the team over there are great. Helped me swiftly, answered all my questions, every member of staff I saw and interacted with served me with a smile. Would even recommend my Ex-Wife to swap to Vodafone.
