Patrick has been amazing

Patrick has been amazing! He remembered me from a previous phone upgrade and I mentioned a deal he did for me and he had a look to see if there was something similar to that. He found it and I got my upgrade cheaper. Patrick also noticed that another account was due an upgrade so again he found me a cheaper deal for that. He explained everything so I understood it and took his time making sure everything was correct and had gone through okay before moving on. Vodafone are amazing and I never had an issue with the network.

Chorley Store Vodafone

Thankyou to Rick in the Chorley store helping me sort my broadband after a big mess up and helping me to sort my bill after lots of confusion. Also thankyou to Rick for putting a 75 pound bill credit on my account also for taking out broadband with Vodafone.

I wanted to include a family member

I wanted to arrange for my sister to be included on our Vodafone account and Andy proved to be both informative and helpful.
I recalled his professional, positive manner from a previous visit to Chorley’s store. Great to be helped in this way which encourages me to never hesitate to visit the Vodafone store again.
