The knowledge, the patience, the passion... And the child care 😂 (scar if you ever want to change your career, child entertainment is it!! Seriously though, thank you for making it possible for me to talk without any interruptions).
Dan helped me pick a phone that I would be comfortable with after hours of discussing.
And Taarik, where do I start? You are a saint and helped make a very stressful situation a lot less daunting and made me and my fussy toddler feel so welcome from the moment we walked in to you opening the door for us when we left. Thank you for everything!! You truly dealt with my situation with such calmness and understanding!! I hope everyone meets a Taarik and Scar when buying a new phone!!

Dan’s the man! 👍
Although we had an issue with a Three device it was the Vodafone store in Cirencester we visited. We were blown away by the service that Dan, the manager, gave us! He resolved all our issues, listened attentively while we explained our problem and even though he was not au fait with the Three mobile router we had or the exact data packages that Three could offer for it he went out of his way to discover all the various options so that he could provide us with the product that best fitted our needs. Well done Dan… thanks for that awesome customer service!!

Had a wonderful experience at this…
Had a wonderful experience at this store, a really great team who went above and beyond to help me.
I also visited EE in cirecester and they were rude and dissmisve, the team at Vodafone made sure I clearly understood each contract I enquired about also made sure it was going to work for me.

Sorted with a smile.
Had a very annoying glitch with my phone and Jess sorted it out quickly with a smile. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, Jess is probably the fastest phone tech I’ve met. Went through all the possibilities of what the problem could have been and then, with a lovely smile, informed me I had settings turned off that should have been on! Simples. Thanks.

Excellent customer care
Excellent customer care. Keiren at the Cirencester Vodafone store was able to remove a virus from my husband's phone and dealt with numerous other problems my husband was experiencing with his phone. He gave a lot of advice and we could not fault his efficiency and care. Highly recommend!!
