SHOP IS BEST 👌
After a severely frustration filled time with the online system and telephone operators making a simple process of changing operators and receiving a new sim card I opted for the physical shop face to face experience. I was seen by a knowledgeable and helpful staff member who had my month long issue sorted within around 5 mins. This is how it should be done.

Vodafone is the best to be with,
Getting help with best deals and offers, always seen bye Charlie. He is very welcome and helped me solve issues I had, he always had me walking away happy , knowing everything is sorted. Great customer service.

Staff member Charlie at this branch is the reason I will remain with Vodafone I had seriously been considering leaving Vodafone
At the Vodafone Clydebank branch in Scotland. Staff member Charlie immediately came to my aid as I’m disabled and struggle to walk
His technical experience is first class and his patience with me was reassuring. He made sure I was comfortable throughout and understood each part of the process. He is certainly a credit to the company as his inter personal skills and technical knowledge make him the reason I will continue to remain with Vodafone

App transfer from android to iOS
I was having trouble transferring my important apps from my old android phone to my new iOS Apple phone, I visited the store not sure if anyone could help me, when I met Charlie a very professional and knowledgeable member of staff immediately used his know how and very quickly transferred my much needed apps to my new handset.
I was very impressed with his demeanour and ability, he is certainly a real credit to himself and the store in Clydebank, and this should be recognised, he’s definitely management material and I sincerely appreciate his help and wish him the very best moving forward within the company.

Went into the shop to get mum a new phone. The sales staff where very helpful and not pushy and gave us great advice on what phone to get. Also helped setting up the phone for her.
