Fantastic team ⭐

Scott and the team in Coleraine are fantastic. They went above and beyond to help sort out my upgrade and Jonny even kept my kids entertained while I sorted everything out. They're all so knowledgeable and helpful and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Went into Vodafone to get my data…

Went into Vodafone to get my data transferred from my old phone to new phone I purchase. Jill was very friendly and patient and great help. She got all my data and apps transferred, would highly recommend

Outstanding customer service

I cant praise Jill and Lisa enough for their outstanding customer services in relation to an issue I had with my sons phone. Despite him living in England they went above and beyond to help us resolve a sim problem, that nobody else we spoke with online could help with.

Well done ladies and Thank You both 👏 👏

Needed a new phone and got very helpful…

Needed a new phone and got very helpful and friendly advice from Jill. She sorted everything for me and when I picked up my new phone Jill showed me how to use it and the benefits of the phone. I always make sure to call into store if I have any problems as I know I will always be helped and looked after
