Highest calibre of customer service
I could not praise Paul C enough for his professionalism, helpfulness & informative detail presented in a very friendly manner. The store at the Rushmere centre in Craigavon is where I went with documentation to enable me to set up my father’s account on his behalf. I have already recommended my friend to transfer to Vodafone & she has arranged to visit the store in the next few days. A pleasure to visit & have face to face customer service of the highest calibre. Thank you.

Ellie was absolutely amazing at showing us everything and explaining everything in detail. Her customer service was outstanding and she was extremely friendly. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about the customer. Would highly recommend Ellie to anyone visiting the store.
