Very good. I was super happy with the service. Special thanks to Jai. He had lots of patience and ultimately I left with my problem sorted, left my old provider and moved to Vodafone.

Wonderful service.
Recently visited to discuss upgrading a couple of plans and could not fault them.
I dealt with Freddy, Peter & Ben, and they were all fantastic. They explained next steps, made sure I was happy with my contracts and that I knew the contract lengths.
Amazing service from everyone I dealt with.

I popped into Crawley store as my iPad would not update anymore more, I walked out with a updated iPad, cheaper contract, all thanks to Ben..

Upgrade time!
I upgraded my phone today at the Crawley branch with Ben. Right off the bat he was very easy to talk to and understood what I needed and found a deal that worked with my budget. He was a delight to talk to and the banter came very easy in the quiet parts of the upgrade process. He explained every part of the process and broke it all down. I definitely recommend going to him if you’re new or anxious about the process. Quality service!

Ben was amazing!
Ben was amazing. I got a much better deal on an iPhone 15. He also managed to get me a good broadband deal for our new home. Ben has made what’s usually a stressful process an absolute breeze and a right laugh too! Legend!

Really quick and easy service.
Came in with difficulty upgrading my phone and using the myvodafone app. Ben assisted me and explained everything clearly and I left with a new iPhone.

Was having problems with my phone…
Was having problems with my phone freezing and not responding. I was due an upgrade so the lovely Ben not only got me a great deal on my upgrade but sorted out all my technical problems. A great guy. Excellent customer service.
