Today I went into the store as my SIM card was faulty and they immediately made a new one for me and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes. Very grateful for their service, Lauren, Baz and Carla, they were lovely and very helpful.

Excellent staff and service. Caitlin was our advisor on the last 2…
Caitlin was our advisor on the last 2 occasions over the last 4 days. I needed to sort out 2 Contract phones for elderly parents. She went above and beyond to help with the advice and the set up. Her Knowledge was superb and she fully explained everything. She couldn't do enough and I am extremely pleased and satisfied.
Vodafone as usual have been excellent and I would not go anywhere else. As usual, extremely excellent staff and service.
