Excellent Customer Service Everytime!!!

I have come to this store for many years and always received good customer service. Jade is someone who has helped me all the time and is an excellent sales person. I met Sid for the first time and he was exceptional. Both Jade and Sid worked brilliantly as a team, and both were very patient. Both are very respectful and very caring.

Me and my wife had quite a few issues…

Me and my wife had quite a few issues as we upgraded and had to cancel a contract. Esims got mixed up with physical sims and we were going into Vodafone very frequently. Despite us going so much, the team was lovely and catered to all our needs . Big shout out to Aasiyah and jay for being so lovely

Miz and Jay were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Made me feel really welcome and were really really patient with me. If anyone goes in to Vodafone store in derby make sure to look for miz or Jay. Credit to the company
