Brilliant service from Amie

Came in for my upgrade and Amie sorted everything from start to finish with no hassle. She explained all my options clearly, made sure I got the best deal, and had everything set up quickly. Really friendly, knowledgeable, and just made the whole process easy. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Superb

Moved from utility warehouse to Vodafone and Aime made the whole thing seamless, ready for number transfer on Tuesday.

I came into the Vodafone Dumfries shop…



I came into the Vodafone Dumfries shop yesterday and the service was 11/10. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me. They took the time to have a great chat with me while dealing with the issue I had with my phone Excellent customer service ✅
