Visited the store on Saturday as my dads phone was full of viruses and Brandon sat with us explained what was causing them and showed us how to remove them. Great service

My contract was ending soon and needed help

My contract was ending soon and I'd tried to get a new contract on line but found it too confusing !!
Michael did it all and explained it all without making me feel an idiot! or old foggie!
He was cheery through it all and never once made me feel that I was a nuisance.
I always go to the Vodafone store for help .Its so much easier and less scrambling for my old brain .Thank you Michael and Vodafone for keeping the shops open .

Brandon

Brandon, was excellent at his job and took his time going through everything with me today to ensure I was happy with the product i was purchasing.

He made me feel welcomed and vauled from the minute I went into the shop. He made the visit a pleasure with his great customer service. 10/10.

Michael was very nice and patient with…

Michael was very nice and patient with me as I am nearly 80 . He explained everything very well and found me a really good deal for a new phone. Very good Customer service and easy to talk to.
