Got a new phone and the staff in the store did a great job setting my phone up. Even helped me log into my banking and emails.

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at the East DEREHAM Branch who could not have done more to help me. They were polite extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I wanted to do this as people these days are very quick to complain, and not give credit when it’s due.

Staff super helpful, kind and patient. I had so many questions and they were all very happy to help and keep me updated on any changes. Kesh especially was super helpful - great team would highly recommend!!

Having recently moved house, I needed to arrange a new internet connection and visited the Vodafone store in Dereham. The staff were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the options available and helping me find a great-value contract that suited my needs. The staff is very friendly and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish – highly recommended!

Great service from Vodafone in Dereham. They were so patient and helpful and set us up with temporary internet before our broadband was installed (I didn't even know this was a thing!) Which was especially helpful as we both work from home. Highly recommend!

Brilliant help, sorted a problem that was on my O2 phone for the last 2 weeks, so kind, quick, and helpful, many thanks!!

We've been with Vodafone for around 2 years after awful service from BT. Vodafone has been broadband, landline, and mobile service supplier for us and the service has been excellent.
With the texts and emails saying that it was time to upgrade (pay more?) we decided to call in to the local Vodafone store and were greeted by Kesh. It was a hearty and proper greeting too as he had no idea we what we had come to the store seeking.
Explained that we needed an upgrade and would it cost more? Absolutely not and I was astounded at the knowledge, speed, and politeness with which we were looked after. We ended up with a higher spec broadband, better mobile data, and all for less than we presently pay! We are delighted with the service and would recommend a visit to meet any of the team here as they definitely can give the best offers and advice.
Five stars is what the maximum is and I would say that it's a 5 Star plus store.
On a last note, as we left there were some customers waiting patiently to be served and they all were greeted by name and acknowledged back, so good to see such decent service.

All mobile phone companies can save you money. You just need to speak to the right person and suffer through ours of sales talk and bargain. Well, not in Vodafone Dereham. Not only did we get a great deal, but it was all done with minimum bargaining and in record time. Rakesh was really efficient! We managed to get excellent mobile contracts and broadband as well. What is interesting here is that our Broadband was already with Vodafone! Still, Rakesh made sure to get us an even better deal than the one we already had. Heartily recommended.

Literally can't praise this store or it's staff enough especially Luke. They go over and above always to help their customers and have an abundance of patience and knowledge

I had an S21 ultra that kept randomly shutting down and decided to buy a new Samsung so called into Vodafone in Dereham for help and advice. The service and help I experienced from Kesh, Suzanne, Abi and Luke was outstanding. The team could not be more helpful and they worked tirelessly to resolve my phone issue. My old phone caused a lengthy transfer of data but the team, especially Kesh always came up solutions. I would highly recommend Vodafone East Dereham. I will certainly return if I need further support.

A frustrated and disaffected former customer of O2 here. Problems there not resolved so changed providers to Vodaphone at the Dereham shop. Kudos to Kesh, and his colleagues Suzanne and Abi — all extremely helpful, friendly and capable — collectively far superior to the dire customer service experienced with O2. Hopefully excellent service will continue.

Getting a new phone scared us because of our lack of technical knowledge and complete lack of confidence in setting up our new phones. Luke made it so easy and stress free in this world full of anx and people that don’t care about their jobs and who are not prepared to go the extra mile. If the world had more people like Luke the country would be great again. Thanks Luke for all your help yesterday. Worth going to Dereham to see him
