Excellent service and help provided. Recently spoken to Skye, she helped me sort out my case insanely fast! So polite, patient and helpful - thank you Skye for charging up my dying phone and helping me to set up my mobile network so it finally works in the right way! She literally solved everything in seconds. Her customer service is just excellent! Highly recommend.

Calum saves the day
Calum helped me sort out renewing 4 PAYG contracts which the website had resolutely refused to do. Good chat, let me head off to another shop while he did some handle turning, and solved an unrelated problem into the bargain which saved me having to spend (no doubt) an hour on the phone with a competitor’s “retention” team.

Replacing lost Phone
Marc was a massive help today sorted my issue out and made sure everything was working before I left. Improved my deal with a very minimal increase and didn’t haggle. Additionally was very personable.
