Friendly and professional staff all round

Had a problem with my new phone and went into the shop to see what my options were. The shop was super busy but I was seen almost immediately and was listened to and helped by several amazing staff, especially Saihaan who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Left with a fully working phone and a really good mood. Can only recommend!

Spot on service

I Was with 3 network for 4 years and this morning I went to this shop to get Vodafone network from now on.
The service was incredibly, very kind and the guys even offered me a smuthi for free.
I'm impressed compere to other companies with they services.
James and he's college helped me out to sort out my contract .Thank you guys from Zante boy

I was greeted instantly at the door and…

I was greeted instantly at the door and felt very welcome I only came in for help on my phone but all the colleagues were very cheerful and helpful and cause the issue never took long they solved and for free of charge

Always someone available to help when…

Always someone available to help when you walk in. Very friendly and polite staff. I was served by Saihaan who was extremely helpful and ensured i received the best customer experience. Was very happy with my visit and managed to get everything I needed.

Said saved the day for me

Said saved the day for me. Genuinely! I have been on the phone all day and chats with Vodafone online but nothing could solve my SIM card issue. At the store Said was beyond helpful and helped me solve the issue. I could not be more relieved. He is a superstar and I could not be more thankful!!

Said is incredible

Said is incredible! This is the best Vodafone store in the UK if you’re visiting Edinburgh definitely stop by they can help sort you out and save you some money. Definitely highly recommend the experience plus as a bonus we got served tea and coffee!!

Great customer service

I was instantly attended to when I entered the store and my enquiry was acted on with no fuss and all the staff very pleasant to walk too. I left the store with my issue resolved.

Employee customer service

I’ve been a loyal Vodafone customer for several years, and I can’t speak highly enough about their services. Moses Urhie has really helped me get the best deal for my phone and I’m so grateful for it. His customer service was top-notch and very helpful. I highly recommend Vodafone to anyone looking for reliable mobile and internet services. They’ve consistently exceeded my expectations, and I’m a happy, satisfied customer.
