Ed had a fountain of knowledge and was thorough with explanations in terms of airtime and the plan. Set expectations and covered all options. Friendly and approchable from the off set.

Lauren was so helpful when sorting my sim. I came in to enquire about holiday bolt ons but she managed to find me a deal that was cheaper than my current sim and it included roaming too. Bonus! Thank you!
