I Went in for a phone update today with…

I Went in for a phone update today with demi. She was so helpful & lovely. She talked me through everything found me the best plan. made me feel very comfortable! Definitely recommend go in and ask for demi! What a babe
We also got onto the conversation she was looking for a BIAB nail tech i just happen to be one🤣

Great experience

I visited the store to upgrade my phone, and was served by Demi. The whole experience from start to finish was great, and Demi was brilliant 😊 her customer service was very warm and friendly, which made me feel like a valued customer.

I was served 2/4/26 by Demi-Leigh & she made my experience an easy task. I’m not tech savvy but she had patience & explained everything simply & also set up devices all ready for me to use immediately. Very knowledgeable & friendly & great customer service

James at the Eltham was very patient…

James at the Eltham was very patient and helpful. My old phone was broken and he kindly plugged it in and set my new phone up while I was on my lunch break. He is a credit to your company.

Demi was wonderfully supportive when I came in for an upgrade. She is really knowledgeable and assisted with making things as easy and seamless as possible!

Demi was so easy to talk to and explained everything with ease.
